Cutting
Materials have been selected, plans are ready – all you need now is to carry it out. Use our cutting service and make your plans come true.
KH Felts has decades of experience in tailoring felt to clients’ needs. Industrial felt sealings, wipers, strips and many other supplies and components for clients’ needs have been developed in cooperation.
We have the skill and will to help our clients to ease their own processes.
We cut felts in circles, triangles, squares or even strips/shreds. Our supplier network also guarantees reliable deliveries even from complicated and detailed cutting plans.

Instructions for a request for quotation:
1. Tell us what kind of felt you’re looking for
Provide the felt code, thickness, density or square weight (e.g. BV 3 mm 0.25 g/cm³).
Let’s go through the options together – and feel free to use our felt expert services or request material samples when needed.
2. Let’s plan the cutting together
Send us your cutting plan and estimate the felt quantity (how the pieces fit within the roll width).
- Check the roll width and possible cutting margins for the chosen felt quality.
- If you know the preferred cutting method, please let us know.
- Attach a model image and a vectorized version of the design to help us evaluate cutting costs (accepted file formats: AI, DWG, EPS, PDF, JPG, PSD).
- Don’t forget to include the dimensions of each piece.
Efficient service from start to finish
All our quotations include one hour of expert work for measurements and calculations. If more time is needed, the extra hours will be charged according to our planning service rates.
